FIND HEALING AND HARMONY FOR YOU AND YOUR RELATIONSHIPS.

We are a diverse group of clinicians with a unified goal to provide counseling services that bring wholeness and healing through the power of transformative relationships. We explore the intersectionality of our clients’ social identities and tune into the complexities of the intersection of spirituality, race, and mental health. We work with a diverse population of clients and our therapists are committed to providing a safe and secure therapeutic relationship where together, we can work towards your goals.

We honor race, culture, gender identity, sexuality, all abilities, and spirituality in our commitment to providing holistic mental, emotional and relational care. We seek to provide therapy services that embody cultural humility, are strengths-based, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and collaborative. While many of our counselors have a Christian faith background, our clients come from a variety of religious and spiritual backgrounds. Our therapeutic approaches vary depending on our educational background, clinical orientation, training, personality, and life experiences. And as clinicians, we believe in the importance of continued education, training, and personal growth to ensure we provide a safe space for all.

We believe there is rich cultural, spiritual, and experiential wisdom within individuals, couples, families and communities and seek to promote a sense of empowerment for our clients. We see each person as possessing agency, deep wisdom, and inner resources for healing. We work to provide tools to help clients reconnect, restore, rebuild and develop further capacities for growth, healing and harmony within themselves and their relationships. We value the time, investment and labor of our clients and our team, believing in the power of mutuality and that wellness is collaborative.

We see individuals, couples, families, and youth.

We currently have offices in Greenlake and Northgate, and we offer both Telehealth and in-person appointments.

For the Community:

We are passionate about caring well for our larger community and sharing our clinical expertise beyond the therapy room. Many of our clinicians provide community-level workshops, trainings, classes, and support groups to make mental health and relational health information accessible to the greater community.

Clinical Training and Professional Development:

We value continued learning and healing both personally and professionally. Our clinicians are actively involved in continuing education and attend various workshops throughout the year. We have a monthly training workshop every first Thursday of the month from 9am-11am via Zoom during the school year and clinicians in the community are welcome to register to join in on any of the topics they are interested in.
