At UCCS, we strive to de-stigmatize therapy by addressing mental health and relational health topics through various relatable, relevant and low-commitment community events. Midday Minis are 30-60 minute workshops led by UCCS clinicians as a way to instruct and share with the general public on various therapeutic topics and skills. These workshops are brief, instructive, and virtual. And, they cost less than having an hour long session with a therapist!
These workshops are virtual and open to the general public. *You don’t have to reside in WA State to participate.
These workshops are not meant to replace or act as therapy, but rather meant to expose participants to skills they would be able to further process with their own therapist.
