We strive to de-stigmatize therapy by addressing mental health and relational health topics through various relatable, relevant and low-commitment community events.
Midday Minis are 30-60 minute virtual events led by Unity Collective therapists as a way to offer education and space for dialogue to the general public on various mental health and relational wellness related topics. Midday Minis are typically informative and interactive.
Midday Minis are open to the general public, and you don’t have to reside in WA State to participate.
These events are not meant to replace or act as therapy, but rather meant to expose participants to skills they would be able to further process with their own therapist.
UPCOMING MIDDAY MINIS
Our team is working on some new topics for Midday Minis.
