Rates
How long is a session? A typical session length is 50-minutes. Double sessions: Some of our clinicians offer double-sessions (100-minutes) for clients who are interested or in need of the additional session time. If you are seeking OON reimbursement, please check with your insurance company to see whether or not these extended sessions are covered .
Our full rate for services range from $70-$220 per session depending on the clinician’s experience level and is the same across all service types (individual, couples, families, etc). Your fee for services will be confirmed during the initial consultation call with your clinician.
Do you offer sliding scale rates? YES. We currently have sliding scale rates available for young people (ages 15-24), couples, families, and individual adults of underrepresented and/or underprivileged populations to work with our graduate student interns. We will additionally have sliding scale rates available to work with our associate licensed and fully licensed clinicians on a rolling basis dependent on funds available. Please indicate your need for sliding scale rates in your inquiry and/or consultation call with a provider.
Billing & Payment
PAYMENT METHOD: We accept all major credit and debit cards including HSA/FSA cards through our electronic billing system. We do not accept cash or check payments at this time.
INSURANCE (OUT-OF-NETWORK): We are Out-Of-Network (OON) providers and can provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance company for OON reimbursement. Please confirm OON coverage with your insurance provider if you wish to use this option. Not all insurance companies recognize associate level licensed clinicians for OON coverage. Please confirm with your insurance company that they offer OON reimbursement for therapy with an associate licensed clinician.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please communicate with your therapist as soon as you know you will not be able to make an appointment or if you are running late. For cancellations, we ask that clients give at least 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you are unable to give 48 hours notice and would like to reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 12 hours notice so that we can reschedule to meet within a week of your originally scheduled session. Missed sessions, late cancellations or inability to reschedule your session within the week will result in being charged for the full session fee.
No Surprises Act
At Unity Collective, we are Out of Network providers and accept out-of-pocket pay only. We believe in transparency regarding our rates for services as they vary depending on experience for each provider.
Under the No Surprises Act (NSA) that went into effect on January 1, 2022, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of Costs that indicates expected costs for any therapy services you receive with us. During your initial consultation call, you and your provider will discuss fees for services you wish to receive, and your provider will include a Good Faith Estimate document with your intake paperwork.
To learn more about the No Surprises Act, go to go to www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at (800) 985-3059.
