Liz is the owner of Unity Collective Counseling Services PLLC and provides clinical supervision as a part of her role. Liz is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience and is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She has worked with a diverse population of clients through her time working in various settings including a community mental health agency, a medical clinic, schools, an intensive outpatient treatment center, and in private practice. She currently has a private practice and works primarily with individuals, couples, and families that are navigating relationship distress, identity exploration, and mild substance abuse.

Liz values collaborative, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches in the therapeutic relationship. After growing up in NYC with Korean immigrant parents and spending time living in the Midwest and in Seattle, Liz has a deep appreciation for regional cultural differences and its intersections with various social identities. Her style of therapy draws from various modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. 

In her free time, Liz enjoys gardening, playing with her two little ones and two cats, and spending quality time laughing and having good conversation with friends and family.

Rate: $220 / 50-minute session
